Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is back! Douglas Adams (he died recently) had been working on the sixth book in the Hitchiker's Trilogy. Read about it here!

There is a rather fun game at CartoonNetwork.com for Dragon Ball Z. Try it out:
DBZ Game

I dug up an old CSS file for Thanksgiving from last year. Pretty ugly, huh?

Interesting... I set my site up with an index.html file that is just an entry page to the site. Well, it turns out that if you use a simple server-side include command, you can get rid of the popups!

This page is /body.html, so my /index.html looks like this:
<!--#include virtual="/body.html" -->

Spoon!!! The Tick is back! Go to The Tick site now!
Clip from one of the greatest Seinfeld scenes:
----------------------
*phone rings*

PUDDY: Puddy.

KRAMER: Hello, is David Puddy there?

PUDDY: This is Puddy.

And one final Puddyism.

I was watching the news and they said Al Qaeda released another message to the USA. "Stay out of airplanes and tall buildings," the message said. This got me thinking. I have now added a new feature to my site, the "Kiss My Ass Award".

Here is the first winner:

ATTENTION: If you have a Playstation 2, you MUST play Ico. It is absolutely awesome.

It is pretty short; it took me about 7 hours to complete, but if you ranked games by "Gaming Goodness" per hour, Ico is definitely numero uno after those 7 hours. The game sucks you in like no other game I have ever played. The gameplay never dimishes the ENTIRE time you play. It is that good. The graphics are absolutely stunning, but the fun factor is through the roof. Wow.

Wow.

NOTE: I still think Chrono Trigger is far and away the best game ever. You should still play Ico, though. It is one great game.

I have a question for you, What is a good, free message board service? I used to have Coolboards, but they went out of business. I went to another service, but they went out of service. Do you know of any good services?
Please contact SquareSoftWizard if you have any ideas.
Thanks.

Well, in case you haven't heard, Star Wars Episode II is called Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. I guess its a B-Movie or something, the title really doesn't bother me too much, unlike some other people. I think Star Wars is going down the toilet. While Phantom Menace was all out cool, there was one thing that destroyed that movie. Everyone say it with me: JAR JAR BINKS! What a disgrace. The movie is tainted by his presence and AOTC is tainted by his encore presence. Aye ye ye. I came to thinking what the next movie (Ep. III) would be titled. Here are my finalists(along with the other movie titles):

SquareSoftWizard's Belief in Star Wars (at least for now...)

  1. Star Wars: The Phantom Menace
  2. Star Wars: Attack of the Clones

    Hypothetical Titles for Episode III

  3. Star Wars: The Jedi Who Shagged Me
    Star Wars VI
    Star Wars: Jedis in Space
    Star Wars: Yoda's Birthday
Star Wars and the Sorceror's (Philosopher's to all you British) Stone
Star Wars: Retreat of the Clones
    Star Wars: The Movie

  4. Star Wars: A New Hope
  5. Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
  6. Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

My personal favorite is Star Wars: The Movie. Oh yeah, Star Trek is still better than Star Wars.

MWAHAHAHAHAHA! Terrorism Wars: The US Strikes Back!

Oh boy, you should see Resident Evil on the Game Cube. Looks purdy. But, if they even touch the voices I'll scream! The first RE will always be remembered as the best "Worst Voice Acting in a Video Game" game. We have some memorable moments like:
The famous: Jill the "Master of Unlocking"
"Barry, where's Barry?"
"No, don't go."
And the very cool "Resident Evil"

I uploaded a partial New Arena Battle. I did it all in JavaScript so anyone can play with it on the fly right through their browser (after you save it to your computer). I haven't done the battle engine yet but the statistics engine is coded. You can check it out here. Go ahead and view source and play with the numbers. You can get a lot of neat/interesting stats with it. I implemeted a scripted event value for items so that any item can basically do anything you want it to do at an event (such as recalc the stats, or attack in battle). Because only the stat engine is done, the only events are heal, and recalc. I have only implemeted item-events in the recalc for now. I have the limit enabled (Level 99, Strength 255, etc). Turn it off to see the characters reach incredible powers. Have fun with it if you want; I will be working on the battle engine. Just don't go ripping my code off...

3:27AM EST
I added a NOSCRIPT tag to the menu for certain browsers (eg. lynx).

3:07AM EST
I fixed some broken links and cleaned up some space.
